At KP Premiair, we strive to deliver exceptional service and flexibility to all our clients. Due to the highly customized and time-sensitive nature of private jet charters, our refund policy is designed to be fair while accounting for operational costs and third-party commitments.

1. Charter Bookings

All flight bookings are subject to the specific terms agreed upon at the time of confirmation. Refund eligibility is based on the notice period provided for cancellations:

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before departure: Eligible for a full refund, minus any administrative or processing fees.

• Cancellations made 72 to 7 hours before departure: May be eligible for a partial refund, depending on the aircraft operator’s cancellation terms.

• Cancellations made less than 72 hours before departure: Generally non-refundable, as aircraft and crew are already allocated and costs incurred.

2. Non-Refundable Costs

Some expenses, such as repositioning charges, handling fees, catering, permits, or any third-party services booked on behalf of the client, are non-refundable once confirmed and paid.

3. No-Shows or Missed Flights

Failure to appear for your scheduled flight without prior notice will be treated as a no-show. No-shows are non-refundable and may incur additional fees for rescheduling.

4. Delays & Operator Cancellations

If a flight is delayed or canceled due to operator-related issues or technical faults, we will make every effort to provide an alternative solution or arrange a refund where appropriate. However, KP Premiair is not responsible for cancellations or delays due to force majeure events such as weather, air traffic control, or other unforeseeable circumstances.

5. Refund Process

All approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. Refunds may take up to 14 business days to appear, depending on your bank or financial institution.
