All charter bookings are subject to aircraft availability and confirmation from our operations team. A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a signed agreement and full or partial payment, as specified. Payments must be made via approved methods. Failure to comply may result in cancellation without liability to KP Premiair.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary depending on the aircraft type, operator, and notice period. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before departure may incur partial or full charges. Any refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method, less applicable fees.

4. Client Responsibilities

It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate passenger details, valid travel documents, and to comply with all airport, customs, and immigration requirements. Special requests (such as in-flight catering, pet travel, or ground transportation) must be communicated in advance during booking.

5. Flight Delays & Changes

Delays caused by weather, air traffic control, or operational issues may occur and are beyond the control of KP Premiair. While we are not liable for such events, our team will work closely with you to minimize disruption and offer alternative arrangements wherever possible.

6. Liability

KP Premiair acts as a broker, arranging charter services through licensed third-party aircraft operators. All operational responsibility lies with the operator. KP Premiair is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay caused by third-party providers.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. All personal and booking information will be kept confidential and will only be shared with operators or partners involved in the delivery of services, or as required by law.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
